What are the available delivery options and shipping costs?

Baltic Boutique ships to all EU, UK, and US from our European warehouses, making delivery quick and efficient. Most orders land within 2-8 workdays, but if you’re in Scandinavia or the Baltics, you’re looking at a 2-5 workday delivery window. 

By default, we send packages to pick-up points and parcel lockers since they’re customer favorites and a more cost-effective option. Most orders are delivered by DPD and their local partners. The prices you see are based on these preferred methods. In areas where pick-up points aren’t available, or if the items are too large for pick-up points, we use door-to-door delivery instead.

Last thing: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items.

All listed prices are estimates and exclude VAT. Final costs may vary depending on package size and your chosen delivery method. Based on our data, these estimates hold for about 95% of orders through Baltic Boutique. Just a heads-up—larger items like furniture or bulk orders, such as buying multiple pairs of boots, may come with higher costs. 

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs to US & UK

We offer delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom for selected categories and brands. Orders typically arrive in the US within 1-2 weeks; however, please allow up to 4 weeks in some cases, as all items are shipped from Europe. We will soon introduce shipping from US warehouses and express shipping options. Deliveries to the UK usually take 3-10 workdays, although some made-to-order items may take longer. Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties, which are not covered by Baltic Boutique. Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items.

What is the process for fulfilling orders with products from multiple brands?

At Baltic Boutique, we value our diverse range of brands and products. However, please note that if your order consists of items from different brands, we handle these as separate orders for shipment. As a result, shipping charges will be applied for each distinct order.

For example:

1. If you order Briefcase No. 20, these will be dispatched as a single order. Accordingly, you will be charged for the shipping cost of one order.

2. However, if you order one Breifacse No. 20 and one 2787 Ankle Boots, they will be treated as separate orders. You will be charged separately for the shipping of each order.

We understand the convenience of receiving all items in a single package. Rest assured, we are actively working on a solution to streamline this process and aim to offer consolidated shipping in the near future.
